Your Big Day!
Your wedding day is one of the biggest days of your life! It is an absolute honor for you to choose me to capture such a special moment in time to help tell your love story. Because it is such an important day, rest assured I will take every precaution possible to make sure that your day is captured with the most intimate attention to detail imaginable. The day will be stressful as all weddings are. However, I will be with you every step of the way to capture every moment for you to share with friends and family for years to come!
TAILORING YOUR WEDDING PACKAGE
fIRST WE chat!
To tailor your wedding photo package to fit you best, we must first have a conversation. We will discuss things like the venue, size, and your ideas of the perfect wedding. If you don't have all of the answers yet, don't worry! We have time!
This first chat will be via zoom, facetime, phone call....etc.
Next, I put together a basic quote
In this phase, I will put together a basic quote for services based on information obtained from our first discussion. Everything will be clearly stated so we are all on the same page.
Deposit and Contract time!
After you have received your quote and have made your decision of hiring me for your special day, I will collect your deposit ($250) to officially hold your date and we will sign a contract. The contract will have all details of the services you will receive.
THE SHOT LIST
Once the contract is signed, I will send you a "shot list". Shot lists are used to ensure all shots desired are captured during your event. I will have you check boxes for the shots you want and cross out the ones you don't.
fINAL pREPARATION!
Final preparation happens in the final weeks leading up to your wedding. This is when final payment is due per the contract, and any last minute changes can be made!
The big day!
On wedding day, I will be there to capture everything to tell your story. We will have fun, and celebrate the beginning of a new chapter of your life!
